Can my team share credits?: Enterprise plans include team accounts with shared credit pools.
What payment methods do you accept?: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfer. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
What if I run out of credits mid-job?: The job pauses and you're notified. Records already processed are saved. Purchase another pack and the job resumes.
